Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, to ensure quick processing of orders, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours after placing the order.

• Cancellation within 24 hours: Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please make sure to submit your cancellation request as soon as possible.

• After 24 hours: If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped within this 24-hour window, we unfortunately cannot accept the cancellation request. This applies even if the order has not been fully delivered but is already in the fulfillment process.

• Cancellations after shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, we do offer a return process according to our Return and Refund Policy.
